Unfortunately, even though there were 2 sets for the Laurentian, they both got chucked by the family while cleaning Hillar's house. That included the original set that were put on for shows with double sided tape, and a rechromed set I sold Hillar a couple years ago.

OUCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
And every time I asked them about the emblems, etc I got the whole sob story about the estate and the bad blood that existed between the executors, etc.

8 demolition bins were removed from the house boys. Hillar had a serious hoarder sickness which overwhelmed the family but I know a lot of great stuff went to the dump.
If 8 dumpsters got removed then there probably was little time and far too much volume to deal with. It could have become someone's lifetime work to go through all the stuff. With the family acrimony and all ... So sad. Remember, make a will and stay organized!
I tried to order a set of 1970 454 V badges from Addison on Bay back in 1986 but they were NLA.
I would say that it would be best to grab that badge and get some cast from that beautiful original part. So rare! At this point I would say this is somebody's only chance.

That is unbelievable, just like the TV show. I think you also mentioned that the yard was full of car parts laying all over the place too. Kind of sad in all areas. Were you and Darryl able to save any of the outside car parts?
