I have kept her for 44 years

but I'm thinking of taking her to a "Swap meet"

and see what I can I  trade her for....

I might tell her about the Beaumont  this week!!!    or not

In the true spirit of CP I'll pass on the finders fee. Glad to see it get repatriated.

Another case of a great guy finding a great car! Very cool.

And thanks for the laugh (re "going to put it in my garage at my house and sit in it and watch car movies all winter then sell it)

The air cleaner came off a 87 Ford Mustang with the snorkles cut short and the Beaumont decal put on.

Mustang?? confuse   Ron wink   you can't run Ford parts on a  Canadian Chevelle

I have a open element air cleaner like a 327-325   I will try it    I like the one on it   thought it was the HO air cleaner

Carl it sounds like you are putting the stuff I took off to make it look stock back on? Tall chrome valve covers, chrome air cleaner, it had headers that leaked and a big open chamber intake. Believe me it runs just as well the way it is on the street. The open chamber intakes are for on the strip only in my opinion. If you want it to go quick just change the rear end gears to a 3:73 or 4:11.

A Canadian Chevelle is a Chevelle made in Canada.

A Beaumont is a Beaumont.

Man, that color really "pops". (I don't want to say too many nice things about the car though in the event that Bossy has sellers remorse.)

Update wink    Finally got to look over car, and take for a drive by myself..(after two weeks..  (I have been busy)  COLD cold overcast day!!   I did not like it at all disbelief    Just didn't like it..    So I put it away..

Yesterday:: Thought I would wash car, and check antifreeze  (checked all my vehicles)

Warm bright day!!  Fired it up and drove to home garage..  Drove nice, shifted nice, Exhaust is LOUDeyepopping.gif  loved that..  I looked car over, and tightened up trans cooler clamp, and lower hose clamp..  Car looked 100 times better than Sunday..   Weather sure does affect me  lol

The car is a great driver  Lots of expensive upgrades..  I am going to sell it  I made it easy for everyone by getting it into Canada  lol    I have another car deal pending and will list this car soon   I know they don't sell in winter BUT like Todds car for sale,  its nice to know whats availble over the winter..C2 former superstar
