it's usually done in person, unless the fellow will take mail payment or paypal, and ship it to you....reply to his ad and talk with him...if he won't ship, and he can get it to me in winnipeg, i'll buy it and ship to you if needed, as long as i get paid....nothing extra, just cover the shipping and the $price of the manual

The manual is very nice, but the protection plan is kind of useless ... it is vehicle specific (like a protecto-plate).
