What a tease. A 65 SD l-79 car. All right I will bite. Show me the pictures. If somebody really needs them I would sooner they go to a 65 SD guy. There is a guy with a 66 SD Canso in Victoria looking for a set. He's a friend of a guy at work. I don't think Carl has a car but this guy does. If you do  sell them I will contact him and you can send them right to his door or me what ever works. I have some caps for myself already so I am fine either way so don't sweat it. I think Carl is just having fun anyways. Paul.

Hello folks and friends ,so all the sheet metal is done, car came out pretty darn straight ,im very happy. Just leaving my buddy Deans shop, to put it away in my shop until i can get back to it.Im taking off the Mexico for a week to unwind at the begonning of May then will have to put all my time and effort into my new business .I will be traveling across Canada so i just might get the opportunity to meet some of you on my business trips .I must say that both the 66 and 67 Acadian Canso Sort Deluxes will have to go on the back burner now as all extra money will be going into the business for now.

^^^^ I know how this feels (O'h when the pain, sets in)...great story and renewed vision.

Bought a 1967 gold Beaumont Custom 2 door hardtop w/283 & PS in the late 1970's - at the time it was Beaumont #3.

Had a weak moment once, sold it to my twin brother in 1980, kicked myself for a few years / bought a '67 Chevelle as "trade bait" and got it back.

BTW - great thread and an awesome 1966 Canso S/D...I always wanted one, but never seen one growing up in S/W Ontario...the body style in simply timeless".
