1963 Acadian Beaumont Sport Deluxe on consignment for winter

Well, I took the 63 Acadian Beaumont Sport Deluxe to Gateway Classic Cars of St. Louis, MO and Louisville, KY.

It is on consignment until the middle of March.  I believe they intend to ast about $28,000 or so with financing available and they may be able to take a credit card.

They also have a trade in program, where they keep the trade in and full selling price comes to me.  Also, they have transportation available through a national trucking firm.

I hope their marketing efforts, and available features for the customer may get the car sold.

Their website is:  http://www.gatewayclassiccars.com/index_en.php

You can still email me with question about the car.

thanks, Norm

They probably have to sell them, by the legal name, on the U.S. title..

They sell a lot of stuff ..  Hope Norm sells it....

And that is why I don't post video's on the Internet.  They always make your car sound like it is a hand full of nuts & bolts in a coffee can.

Thanks for posting, I heard there was a video out there but I had not seen it.

Undercarriage is done with a product called "lizard skin".  We cleaned it, dropped the differential, brake & fuel lines and exhaust.  Then we sprayed it and let it dry for two weeks on the lift.  Finally, we mixed the body color in a single stage paint and sprayed the surface to match the body.

That is a two door wagon, 1966 built with an L-79 in it.  I bought and sold a 66 Chevy II wagon this summer that was Aztec brown, a fairly rare color only in 66.  When I got to the convention, I saw this 66 and the first thing that caught my eye was the color, then the L-79.  It wasn't until I was starting to walk away when it hit me that the guy had converted it to a two door.  Everything was very well done on that car.
