Pics of My 2+2 'Vert

Hey Guys,

thought I'd throw up some pics of my new baby that the previous owner sent me prior to buying it....

The last pic is the car I traded for her...

Carl, don't you know thats the "high speed" ant. option!!! Laid back for less wind resistance, good for 3 MPH FASTER. Nice car BTW

I love Mustangs, but I would have to say you definitely got the better end of that deal.
No comparison between the two cars in my books.

That is one of the sweetest looking cars I have seen on this site. The colour combo does it for me.
Just beautiful, you are lucky to have her.

Hope to see more pictures.

Oh and its not "vert" its "bleu" biggrinbiggrinbiggrin
Rob

Thanks all for the comments,

I agree the prime stars have to go..working on a set of Rally's to go on her..didn't realize the antenna is not stock though..guess I'll have to replace it sometime as well. It may make the car go faster, but the radio still doesn't work..lol!!

Hoping to get new carpet in her, and a really nice wood trimmed steering wheel would be nice too. Sooo looking forward to spring and getting her out on Winnipeg's crappy roads...

 Thanks Tengard,

It was actually a really nice Mustang.  Stock it was 193 bhp and I was pushing 255 rwhp..all engine..no power adders.  It just got to the point where if I wanted to go faster, I'd have to do a bunch of further upgrades and I just decided enough was enough.  Once I saw the Parisienne, I knew I had to at least offer the trade.  The guy's son almost pooched the deal too...when the owner and I were trying to get the deal sorted out, his kid (actually about 5 yrs younger than me....) walks up and asks him "is the money there?" I looked at the kid and almost told him to commit a sexual act on himself..LoL!!

Luckly for him, the owner was a really good guy and realized he was getting a very well maintained, well thought out car.

Before my Mustang I had a Focus ZX3 that I did up to eat Honda Civics.  I met the guy who bought it recently, and he raved about the car, loved everything I had done to it..(Roush suspension kit, Rouch interior kit, SVT 6 spoke 17" rims, etc, etc)

I have fun when I work on these cars, and I'm definitely looking forward to getting some things sorted out on the Parisienne and getting her ready for the summer cruising season.  On top of that, I look forward to teaching my boys a thing or two about auto mechanics...

Thanks all...

I do really love the car, it does need some TLC but I have already started laying in the things I need, plus Santa may leave a piece or two for her. I just need to come up with a name for her. My Mustang was known as "Annie" due to being a 40th Anniversary car....any ideas?

You could call her Perry?

Or, how about simply "4" ?
