there was not enough tension the wire soo i shimmed the tension wheel snad it works GREAT!!!!! thanks for the help guys!!!

         When I owned it   sometimes it would not feed  

         my friend, the welder,   would fiddle with it and it would work... 

         Welder was bought new and was all original..
