Nice looking car. That would be a 400 small block.

I like it ! The last one of that generation before they got bigger and fatter. The 400 V-8 small block is a bonus for sure. I hope she goes to a good home. Cheers. George.

It has made it this far looking good, but I see some cancer that needs to be dealt with before it gets out of control. Replacement quarters & patch panels don't have the correct pontoon bulge, so it will need someone with skill to deftly patch & weld in order to retain that original feature. Nice car for sure.

It has the dual white stripe spare tire, the original fiberglass bias-belted H78-15.

I spotted that as well.  I don't think it's original, as the originals were Uniroyal or Good-Year.  Not sure what this one is.

Our '70 Pontiac came with those dual white stripes, they were very cool.

No buckets & console after 1969. It was strange that Pontiac offered the 2+2 in Canada in 1970 with the buckets & console. The Canadian 2+2 plus the Buick Wildcat were the only full-sized GM cars (besides the Riviera) to still offer buckets & console into 1970.

The Canadian 2+2's were basically a counterpart to the Impala SS's.  While there was no 70 Impala SS, there was a Canadian 2+2.
