To me it seems a waste, a sweet car like that in a country like Russia. I just hope someone out of Russia buys it, like maybe a Canadian or an American. I hope she gets saved. George.

The car actually is $145000. If you change the currency from USD on the Russian site, it comes up at 4.3 million in Russian currency. I'm guessing a lot of the cars on that site are in the US anyway. The '29 cadillac they have on the site is also listed (exact same pictures)at Hyman's in St. Louis, MO.
I wonder if theres any vintage Lada or Trabant collector groups in Russia? I don't think I'd put money down on it.

By the way nailhead, we're kickin' ass on your old '60 Brookwood. All the floors are done! Its pretty stripped down now, but were hoping to get the new drivetrain and suspension in before we put her away for the summer. Good times!!

 You are right! I converted from what I thought was 145,000 rubles to CAD.
