Talked to the widow the other day and she has come down in price and finally realizes the prices of these cars have dropped.. I am almost sure she will let it go between $12,000.00 to $14,000.00 , the engine has been slightly broke in with only one oil change.. She never drove it last year..

I know the lady selling this car.. Her husband passed away a couple years ago and I helped finish off putting the car together.. Ron bought it from a guy in Arizona and drove her home.. pulled out the 389 and tranny.. It has the long branch exhaust manifolds..from a SD . They go for over $900.00 now a days... He built up a M40 tranny and I was wrecking out a 71 GTO at the time and he transplanted the tunnel from the GTO into this so he could use the tranny as there was no room for it.. The paint is over 20 years old and looks pretty damn good.. I have a lot of pictures of it somewhere here.. Oh an there is a Superduty scoup in the garage to go with it also.. All the service manuals go with it and I think the two parts books go with it also.. She is listing it high but I am sure she will take offers , I have driven her since and she is tight.. and everything is done on her.. all the suspension, brakes..
I said she was a bit High.. she has been trying to sell it only for a year but I told her when we got it together that the prices we got for these cars 6 to 10 years ago are gone ..
I told her an honest $15,000.00 is fair market value for the ole girl..
I don't ski anymore for good reason... my carnut hobby would be hindered ;>)
Here are some more pictures I took last year at the Easter Parade here in Kamloops.
Antique American 63 pontiac Catalina 2 door hardtop- modified. was in the process of "hot-rodding". Engine upgraded to powerful 428, red exterior with white roof, interior white with red detail, essentially no rust, classic beauti, if interested call for extensive details and to view , reduced to $23 thousand . Please note the sun shining on the car in the picture makes it look like the side pansls are damaged & they are NOT.
Nice car ! Looks like a strong engine too, gotta love these long branches ...
Yeah, he spent so much time working on this car and never did get to drive it after starting the mods.. He was a purist so never really did much to it. I remember when he picked up the long branch manifolds. We did the Portland swap meet back in the early 90's and we drove over to Marc Neary's place .. Talk about a Pontiac collection.. If you need something he has it..
Thats what I told her too... You can't go up but going down is easier for a buyer to digest ;>)
I have a friend here in Kamloops who needed to get a car for good gas mileage and he went out and got a Solstice with 30 thousand klms on it for $11,000.00 .. Now that is a fun car to drive :>) Not as nice as the Judge but fun.
Def. not the correct Pontiac blue for early models & not correct for the later ones either!!!! Looks more like a FORD Blue [sorry for swearing there, nearly choked just typing it]

The blue looks different on the engine compare to the earlier pics of the engine, what are these heads 15s ?
Yes he used the 15 heads and hogged them out for 2.11 , 1.77 valves and pulled the studs and threaded them for big block chevy ones..
That eggshell blue is the Pontiac blue for 62.. I saw the cans he used , he wanted to paint it the color of the 68-70 but stayed with the era
I think its off but it could of been the brand of paint he used.. I think he got it from Ames though as he delt with them mostly.. I perfer Performance years over any of them .

It is pretty strong.. The widow asked me to do a video of it so here it is ! It has a hard start problem and I am 99.9 percent positve to get rid of it would be a new front end harness. I am sure she is very motivated to sell and is off on holidays in April so after that I think she is going to do the evil bay thing...on her
Nice car and nice video I think its well worth 12,000.00 as long as you were happy with it "as is"
Your right! The paint is like 25 or more years old, has nicks and scratches, but solid.. Its a very good driver and it shows well. And is very mechanically sound other than that hot start problem with it..
Pete, did these folks also have a blue & white 62 G/P that was sold to Ontario?? If so my friend is the guy who bought that one!!! Had it shipped here by train & I picked it up at rail yard for him!!! Thks. Pete

No, but I was wondering what happened to that GP? I was sort of hoping it was hidden in a garage and one day would reappear and I would buy it!!!! That was a nice car :>) Love that body style the best on the GP's
