"This convertible has a low reserve" is what it disclaims if you read further down.????????

A guy in my nieghbourhood bought a 96 Roadmaster Estate Wagon and he removed the wood grain. It was nothing more than mac tac direct from GM.

Yah, I was on a used car lot one day. I happened to be looking at a wagon. Salesman came over and started to marvel at the look of the wood grain. I said " oh, are you talking about the mac tac ". He quickly scowlled and left.

........bought my '76 454 new and it is still hanging on pretty good,  rare option ,  I guess they wanted to imitate the look of the old woody cars , never seen a Caprice like that, truly different.

Sorry if I offended anyone with my " mac tac " comment. Perhaps a poor attempt at trying to be funny.
On some vehicles, and dashes, the faux wood graining looks good, on others.....well.

The more I look at the pictures, the more it looks to me like someone actually did mac-tac this car. The outline for it is brown paint, hard to tell if you guys are joking sometimes...LOL

Mac tac is good!

I don't like those chrome gauge holders with the rats nest of wires and lines in plain view so 1/4 plywood and mac tac to the rescue.

We used to call my buddies late 80's olds calais wagon the Mac Tac Cruiser!
