i have seen novas with the 230 , but never an acadian , cdngmfan any info on the 6 cyl engine availability circa 1962 1967

 Standard six from 1962 - 67 was the 194. The optional bigger six was not offered in Canada until the 1967 models, by then the 250.   U.S. cars offered the 230 from 1964 - 66; a chrome accented 155-horse in 64, then an all painted 140-horse after that.

thanks , never heard about the chrome accented 6 , was that a 230 in 64 , i guess , but with the hp of the 250 ???

1969 Beaumont conv for sale must sell no unreasonable offer refused pics and info to come
New carpet, rubber seals around doors and trunk and top, new window felts 327 engine turbo 350 tranny 3 spd auto ps, pb, runs great no rust in trunk or floorboards
