I am selling my American Monte Carlo originally from North Carolina. This car has been in my family for almost 20 years and has been winter stored since it was brought to Canada. It had a body only restoration a just over 5 years ago. The underside of this car is in excellent condition. It has a 350 V8, 3 spd automatic transmission and dual exhaust. It runs beautiful, the motor had a complete rebuild at 69000 miles. I replaced the battery last year and the starter 2 years ago. It has had some minor upgrades(cam, edelbrock intake and carb). It was appraised at $21000 in 2008(See pics) Will consider trade on turn key Studebaker.
Those were by far the best looking Monte Carlos. I always fantasized about geting one of those years with the SS454 option. I wonder could you get those with a 4 speed? I suspect not.
