HELP decoding a 1962 Parisienne trim tag


Can anyone help me decode this trim tag for a 1962 parisienne?

Off the top of my head,

Convertible

A is black exterior color

for some reason sombody stamped the Vin on the BSO line,  Previous owner maybe,   never seen that before, but not a GM thing for sure
