I average about  1 liter  to 4.5 kms / 22 liters to 100 kms .   Or the standard measurement is 11 miles per gallon.     Not bad considering the 3000 rpm average.     When I was in town with friends around Armstrong,  the milage was more like 'flushing a toilet '.

Thats the fuel guage behind the original radio faceplate.

Smooth sailing indeed , up the coke in the first vid, and the other vid is between Armstrong and Vernon. It was a blast , I discovered  that's the kind of driving that  turns my  crank.  The guy in '29 pick up is Harvey -  owner of 'The Garage'  hot rod fabrication shop on the highway in Armstrong.  He just bought the 67 Malibu project I have posted up in this forum.

I'm currently researching beefed up 200 R4  overdrive transmissions with billet internals . Fits nicely into the tunnel of my car ,much better fuel milage ,  robs less power than my th400 , and the bell housing is both Chev , and B.O.P. bolt patterns...

  Dear  Santa .......
