well , as we all know     the chevelle  had  i ts canadian   cousin  , the Beaumont   , and  the   U S   had  the  Tempest / GTO / Lemans.....right

so  my  question  is .....what  was the equivalent   of the   Acadian  ( Nova or chevy 2 )   for the U S  for  the Pontiac  guys  ???

as i can  see  , they  only  had the  full size Pontiac   and  the mid   size  Tempest   and  no  compact  car  ???? unless i am forgetting   a certain Pontiac  model  ????
