That looks like a good solid car, wonder if it runs??? Also see another $5000 in chrome plating if you were so "inclined" but I think I'd do what I did on Torpedo Back build, "PAINT EM"!!!!

I would just patch up the rust and stabilize it, blend the paint to match the patina, and semi-gloss clear coat the whole thing. Also "fix" the mechanicals, and the interior.
