Washer pump

Original pump no longer works. Have installed an aftermarket one at the front of the left fender near the horn assembly.

had to use longer hose. The pump works but the pressure is too low. Any ideas what I can do to increase pressure? Not

that I use it ... but just for the satisfaction of having it work properly. 67 Parisienne.

I have had good success routing through the original and hiding the aftermarket one below or behind the orginal.

Thanks, Ray. I'll try that idea and see what happens.

Because I already had a working spare so I decided to use it first. Worse case scenario then yes, I'll have to get a new one.

I rebuilt the original one on the 64cs. Found a new kit in a tool box, works fine now. The trouble is we get spoiled with the new electric units and the old style leaver and gear pumps do not suit us anymore.
