Hi, I still have the 1 of 17 68 Parisienne 427/385 coupe for sale if anybody's interested. It's located in Clearwater, Florida.
I have about $12K into it.
It could be yours and it is extremely rear.

Boy, that scares me. It's getting cheap enough that someone is going to buy it, strip the 427 out of it and scrap the car. That would be a shame.

Don't get me wrong, I am not condemming you for doing what it takes to sell it. You can't order a buyer to keep the car intact and not part it out. That is not reality.

Aluminum rad, rally wheels, 12 bolt, Buick tach AND a 427 to boot...

I hate this. My retired brother would head for Florida in a heartbeat with a trailer if I asked him to. He just got back from delivering a 60 Pontiac to southern Ontario for a buyer he never met. He loves that kind of stuff. I do NOT need this car!

Nope, I'm 55 and the projects here are the ones for this life. End of story.

But a number matching 427 Canadian Poncho is almost un-obtanium. I don't care if the frame is rusty, that car is a deal at this point.

cars in Florida   by next week the 427 and 400 will be in a Nova or Chevelle    rest of car with tags and title will be size of a old wooden pop case..  cry

Best it is gone as there will be no more tormenting ourselves over it. It is what it is, if it gets scrapped it does, but the drive train lives on!!! Down there it's just a "odd Ball" car with a great engine in it!!! When I was in POCI 'some" members called the Cdn. Pontiacs "OBORTIONS" & had no use for them, but I think of late they have started to accept them as part of the family
