Sounds like a reasonable price. Especially if all is there like stated, and organised/labelled. You just need instructions and glue to put it all together!
Just painted rolling Beaumont with all the parts ready to be put back together. Has a 454, posi rear end, interior complete with bucket seat and centre console, corvette rallies with good tires, all trim parts as well. Lost interest in car, may take a trade for something neat?

Problem is you don't know what kind of work is under that fresh paint, or really how organized or well labelled everything is. Chances are you won't know this until you are putting the car together at home. On top of that, "ready to put back together" usually means "ready to spend thousands more on all the little odds and ends that you need to finish it".
I think this is too much money for a partially completed project car.
