1965 Beaumont Custom 4door

My fater found this in a junk yard 16 years ago and i got my hands on it after sitting in the yard for 2 years. I started it when i was 15. I converted it to a 307 with a 700r4. In the last 5 years its been in my garage waiting for a off frame resoration. thank god it was in a gravel junk yard for 15 years and not in the grass. I have a 96lt1 I want to put in it. I have everything i want for it. Just have to start tearing it down. I am thinking the 4door L6 is rare

Nice '65 Beau there, looks real solid...good save.

Is the 4 door riding on Olds Cutless "rally II" rims ??
- on 2 of my 1967 Beaumonts (6 cyl. Custom & S/D) back in the 1980's, I was running the Oldsmobile factory mags with Firestone 721 radials
- just looked better than hub caps

very cool.  I have one too.  Its probably getting parted out this summer.  Rusty, but not bad.  just would not be able to sell it for more than the parts value.  its a 6cyl PG.  original paint

Anyway,  i never did get production figures for 6cyl custom 4dr sedan.

your car would look wicked with a set of 15x6 steel wheels and factory small hub caps,  that would be cool

I have got everything off of the old 230. heads were all redone etc. but the block was cracked I internally. So I kept everything and the powerglide.i have All the trim minus the side strip and the rear Acadian sign. They are old 15 inch 442 rims an I have the rally steering wheel too in it from my uncles old 442 from the 70's. there centres are chrome and then I have the chrom centre and beauti ring. I have the org hub cap I believe hangin in my garage. All new interior And headliner waiting to go in but will when I redo everything. I would love to find out how many of these were built. Years ago I message someone in this club I think And they did me up a sheet with what everything ment. But would love to call that number to get all the info f

For the car if you can still do that. If so anyone have the number? i did manage to find some history tho about the car. The previous opener a women drove it down from Alberta way in the mid 80's and when she was here she rolled it on its roof drinking and driving. It didn't do much damage other then bent the middle door pillar on the inside a hair. Only reason I knew it was her and true was she said she owned a car just like it and rolled it. there was some filler that poped out of the door pillar area 20 some years later before I started working on it.
