Switched my 68 Coupe from bench to buckets. It seems that when i mount the seat belt retractors to the floor the side of the seat rubs against it. Any idea if the mount bolt is suposed to be moved back. Seats are close to the console as well so pretty sure my floor brackets are correct. Thanks.
if your floor is the orig one , there is only one place where the retractor bolt wil bolt in , check under the car you should find a nut welded by the bolt hole
depending on the buckets you have put in , maybe they are not compatible with that bolt hole pattern that was intended for a bench seat.
