I'm sure that no one repro's the chevelle boot yet, the 65-67 impala bench boot is very identical to the chevelle one.

Those are not mine, just pictures I found. That is the correct 67 chevelle/beaumont bench seat 4spd floor bezel. They pop up on ebay from time to time.

Got any pics of your 66 L36 car???

Thanx for the compliments.
The colour sets this car off, Lemonwood Yellow (yy).....it gets lotsa attention.
The car was featured in Canadian Classics about 9 years ago but all
those were film pics........I'll try and get some digital pics in the next few days
and up load 'em..........also have some 14x6 JJ wheels and stock 66 hub caps,
would like to take it to Stanton, Mich and run at the pure Stock Drags but need
a good set of DOT bias plys......can't afford that right now.

cheers

well you made me go out and get the pics so here they are.........

air cleaner is incorrect but I do have a correct one that needs

restoration......other than the fuel filter  it is pretty close to the

day one look......this was done well over ten years ago and the

car gets about 2000 - 3000 miles per year.......maybe pull it and detail

next winter.......especially if Ii find a correct date coded 66 block

The chrome housing that surrounds the boot shown at the start of this thread is a 1967-only, bench seat only part. It would be used on 3 & 4-speed floor shifts.

I agree, that  Lemonwood Yellow '66 Impala is really nice. thumbsup.gif

The 67 Beaumonts & Chevelles were the same inside except for the dash (including radio) & steering column jacket. All other interior bits & pieces were shared between equivalent series.

The chromed bench seat bezel that goes over the floor hump & houses the boot is not being reproduced as far as I know.

Incidently the floor hump that can be added when repairing floors or converting to a manual floor shift should actually be the same hump regardless of console or not. I know they sell both console & non-console versions but the non-console version is WRONG for Chevelles & Beaumonts; just go with the console hump. That bench seat bezel won't fit right unless you have the console-style floor hump.
