Haven't had the chance to measure the doors but just looking at them they looked very similar.  Rear doors slope off unlike the wagon but with my little eyes look like the front ones may be the same.  Leaving it to you experts for an answer.  Thanks.

Yes, the bare front door is the same for 62-65 4 door sedan and wagon.

Correct. I think there is a way to make the rears interchange, doing a slight change to the doors.

Rears seem quite different as they slope down pretty good at the back on the four doors whereas the wagons are square like the front doors.

The difference between the rear door of a 4 dr sedan and a SW is the window frame.  It is possible to change the window frames but is not an easy task.  It may be possible to section the window frame rear upper section if your skilled as a fabricator.
