never seen a 66 with a 350 hp 396 and a three speed auto be for? i thought it was just 2spd's 4spd's and 360 hp 396.

I assumed that was a 3 speed manual? (And I know of a 3 speed manual 396 that exchanged hands a few years ago now, that ended up in southern AB.)

What am I missing here for $18,000?

Non original 396

Not original paint

Not original 3 speed tranny-replaced with 4 speed

rust in rear trunk braces

from pics missing trunk lock,missing antenna

needs resto

Seems like much $$ to return to original "rare" specs.

That would have been fun getting in and out of parking lots with a big block, three speed standard and no power steering. This would be a floor shift three speed? Weren't the 1966 396 rated at 360hp?

The 3 speed manual I mentioned I believe belonged to a mechanic who prefered the 3 over the 4. It too was Aztec Bronze I believe (and plastic covering the seats)?
