Very nice car! I'd rather see Harry's rims (above) on it.

Hello I am new to this site and trying to figure out how it all works so bear with me as I am not that great on computers. I was visiting this site and imagine my surprise when I saw pictures of my Pontiac on here. I was lucky enough to purchase this car in Winnipeg this summer. I used to own a 62 Parisienne 4 dr. 261 standard in my earlier years. It was a great car and I loved it. This one has the original numbers matching 283 but a 600 cfm edelbrock carb., manifold, and headers have been added. The powerglide has been replaced with a turbo 350. The interior is original other than the carpet and is in great condition. In researching its history I have recently confirmed that it was ordered new by Harry Dickson of Dickson Motors for his wife. The car was built Oct. 31, 1961 and shipped to him Nov. 3, 1961. The engine will be coming out this spring as the compression is low and quite low on 2 cylinders. Still runs great though. Jim P. Welcome aboard, your car is even nicer in person. Your welcome to come out to our coffee meetings any time your travels bring to winnipeg on one of our unscheduled nights.

Now I see what's supposed to go in the two holes on my upper rear quarters !! I was going to plug them. Didn't think anyone put dual masts on a Pontiac, but it looks good. Originally thought there were too many holes, but none in the door. The mirror goes on driver's front fender, two antennas on the quarters.
If only I had antennas......I see another parts car coming soon to a theatre near me...
