Looks like power steering & power brakes.    Also looks like it has a 4 core rad (definately a big block shroud) and I should know what the thing on the drivers side inner fender is (looks like it some springs on it) but I'm drawing a blank.

I'd like to see the cowl tag. I think that may help decipher it.

I'm going to bet it's a real 427 car. Not many people would go through the trouble of swapping a BBC (esp a 427) into a 4 door..

Looks like an old electric trailer brake resistor set up. There was a clip you slid up or down the springs to limit the voltage to the trailer brakes to dial them in. Would help explain the 427, ordered as a tow vehicle maybe.............

Exactly.

I'd take the engine call outs off and "sleep it up" even further ... put an old man's fedora up in the rear window.wink

This would be a great car to buy. If you get bored of it, there is always the drivetrain!

Ahh, makes sense.  I know I'd seen them before, but couldn't remember what it was.

This car has been for sale for a couple of years now . Not sure why it has not sold , but probably due to the fact that it is a 4 door .

The powertrain (if all original and in good shape) is worth $2.5 -3 K  in pieces..... maybe more if there is a posi .

I've sent many emails inquiring on the condition , and cast #'s , but never get a reply .

 Green, my favourite colour.  smile

Hmmm.... wasn't looking for a 4-door but this one sure is intriguing!

I've run across this a few times - enquiring about kijiji ads for a car that I'm interested in and... no response.  Whereas others have been quite forthcoming with information.

Seems to me if you want to sell a car it would be a good idea to talk to the people who want to buy it.

New pics have been added to the ad.  Has anybody seen this car in person?  Looks like it needs paint, but otherwise not too bad.  Of course you can't tell anything 'till you've seen frame floors, body mounts, etc.

Would be a pretty cool cruiser despite the extra doors... I kinda like it!

Didn't those old Chevy  police cars have 140 m.p.h. speedometer clusters?

Does this 69 Biscayne in Palgrave have that cluster?
