Yes, N10 dual exhaust was an option which just seems so wrong on a big block.

I for one am itching to hear more about this car!

I had a friend with a 66 Grande Parisienne 396-325 with factory single exhaust

"we" cut the right side and installed a fairlane driveshaft for the second pipe   Sure woke up the car

I have a friend down the street with a 67 Chevy II which came with 327-275 "single exhaust" and 4 speed Saginaw and 12 bolt

CORRECTION, "PARISIENNE 2+2" IN 67-68

69-70 WAS JUST "2+2".

A little crusty looking, but 3K for a BB 2+2 is good.

Grab it quick!

once I get more info on it, I will PM you for his info if i decide against it.

It looks nice, but isn't muscle car era enough for me.

More of a cruiser look.  Or buy it to flip it if he gives me the friendship discount :)

Don't forget "most' Muscle cars are driven around like big cruisers

no more street racing     most muscle are never on a drag track     most muscle cars never used the "added" speed equip

That's true, but I mean my taste.  I do like the look, but larger than what I'd want.  I just emailed him and told him thanks but out of my talent range to fix up

Yes, if you aren't able to replace panels (like 1/4 panels in this case) you are right to pass on this one. That's likely an 8-10K repair job at the retail level. For that money you could buy a nice driver that doesn't need paint, if you are patient.

Yes, I believe those are originals. I've seen them on a number of 67's.

Well he gave me permission to give his email out to anyone interested for more info. PM me if you want it

Also, I am hoping anyone who buys it also wants to buy my Rally II rims for a full sized pontiac. I bought these for the tempest, but I was mistaken and now I am stuck with them :(

Darth, make sure you put an ad for the wheels in the parts for sale section. Do you mean the wheels won't fit the Tempest? Are they the bigger bolt pattern? There are full size Rally II's with the 4 3/4 or the 5" bolt pattern.

The rims aren't worth enough to justify the shipping cost for people. When I bought them I was looking for 4.75 offset for the tempest..it ends up that the seller lied and I took his face value, but they were 5 inch offset for the full sized pontiacs (rim code KE) www.pontiacserver.com/wheels.html . So I am stuck with these paper weights and out the money. I hate stuff like this

Oddly, they are on kijiji, and everyone keeps emailing me to see if they are a 4.75 bolt pattern even though my ad clearly says 5 inch. some people...
