Carl, that's a perfect car for you. Convertible with AC! Doesn't your friend Andy go to Texas quite a bit?

A/C makes one think that it may have spent much of it's time in Texas, which would be a bonus! (My understanding is that "bolting" air onto a Beaumont is not an easy thing, considering the GTO dash etc?) Also, numbers matching 327 (with Chevy valve covers) which is not too common. (Chevy bb hood, which is a good thing if it's not aftermarket.)
He's not giving it away, but with the dry Texas climate, could be a neat car if the price was right...

Interesting that the rear bumper is still original, and with at least one reverse light in tact.  Considering how they don't hold up to salt, and that the availablity of Beaumont parts in the states is non-existant... could be a long time Texas car?

Texted the owner.  Seems to be in California.

if some one needs a 66 bumper for a Beaumont is it available ( repro ) or you have to cut your own holes for the reverse lights ???

I'd like to see the cowl tag, vin and documents for this car. I am guessing it could be pieced together, and possibly started life as a Chevelle. It does appear to have a Beaumont/Lemans dash but the pictures aren't great.

No factory in dash air offered in 66 Beaumont though, only in Lemans.

         He there right now...

Yes  Hes in Texas. several times a year.       he was born in 1975   has no interest in "old" cars

He would just have it shipped...... like I did with my crew cab, and my Jeff Gordon Monte, and my 71 Ventura.......

I texted the fella. He indicated it is in California, and that the air hasn't worked for several years, but that it's all there. I mentioned to him that a build sheet for the Canadian car is available through GM Canada (to which he seemed grateful to know)...
