I had a 91 Z71 step side that had over 125klms that I bought 4 yrs old (in 1995) for not a lot less!
But the truth is the new trucks are darn nice and can be bought on the monthly payment plan.

Wouldn't you be worried every seal on the truck would start leaking as soon as you moved it??  Love the truck...tempting for sure when a new truck (that looks the same as every other truck out there) is double that price easily!!

I don't think the color combo is helping. If it was Black or Red.

Exactly, the baby blue doesn't appeal to most.

I like it because it is a different pickup colour by today's standards.

More power, better mileage and they seem to run forever. I see lots advertised with 350k+. The early '90's fleet trucks where I used to work (1/2 ton, 4x4's) all needed a new tranny at about 120k, front ends at about 140k, and engines started going anytime after that. They were worked pretty hard - especially in winter & spring, but driven hard or not, they still cost thousands to keep them running much past 130k.
Did the '92's have the third door?

No third door until 96.

We've see lots of those early throttle body V8's go 500,000km but they don't have the power the Vortec does if you want to work it hard.

Good idea for a new topic, yes.

Oh wait, never mind, it was your idea so how can it be good?

sorry to say he'll never see that kind of money for it.Aside from the fact that it is nearly new its a mid nineties chevy pickup. They are a dime a dozen out west.I bought my 94 gmc ext cab 4x4 z71 with a matching topper two years ago for 1800.00 and it only had 100,000 km on itThey just have zero value to them.Even my wife has a 96 Yukon 4x4 loaded,it was advertised for 4800.00,we drove it home for 2200.00.Besides everyone wants diesels out here now.I am actually going to look at a 96 chevy 3500 dually 4x4,ext cab, loaded with only 63,000kms on it.He is asking 6500.00 for it but I bet I can drive it home for less than 4000.00.Great trucks, easy to work on,lots of cheap parts, tons of them at the wreckers for parts, but just not worth anything anymore,he might get 5000.00 on a good day out west.

I look at the deals you quote and think WOW. Every thing here in Ontario is rotten , high K or both. Could be wrong but I think that stuff would sell good here in Ontarioconfuse
