1969 Pontiac Parisienne 427

That would be a great cruiser   add some nice exhaust and rims    (Maybe some black paint ? )

or pull the 427 out and install in a tubbed acadian with fibreglass fenders

Would need some dingle balls to make it complete... and maybe on the parcel shelf one of those dogs with the red eyes hooked up to the signal lights.  Now you're talkin'!

Not enough motor for a tubbed Acadian... so let's just leave it in place, eh Carl?  biggrin

That gold 69 looks like it has 15" wheels, plus the master cylinder looks like a disk brake type. If its a 335 horse then it will have a tall rear axle, like 2.56:1. You could keep up with traffic while pushing a lot of air with that tall front end with that drivetrain. Grande Parisienne. Whoever gets it should take steps to keep it from rusting or it will suffer the same fate as others like it.

I like the Bonneville style rear bumper with the Endura insert.   It must be unique to the Grande Parisienne on Canadian cars, as the Parisienne and 2+2 had the Chrome only rear bumper.

how the heck do you ship 400 cars from Montreal to Auburn.......easily???

The door panels are probably toast !

Good luck finding them. The Grande's are not like Impala"s

I still love it.

A set of Canadian Poncho Member eyes on this car would be nice but it's near Quebec City.

"student drivers lol,"

biggrin So Fired, sorry to derail,

OAKVILLE, Ont. -- Nine people face racing charges after police say a pack of vehicles being taken to a Ford plant were clocked doing twice the speed limit in Oakville, Ont.

Halton regional police say they received numerous calls early Thursday about a group of vehicles travelling at high speed (on Trafalgar Road) in the town west of Toronto -- with many callers saying the vehicles appeared to be racing.

Officers set up a speed measuring device and police say nine vehicles were spotted driving in a tight pack and clocked at speeds ranging from 120 to 127 km/h in a posted 60 km/h zone.

The vehicles were all pulled over and eight men and one woman -- who range in age from 26 to 52 years old -- were charged with racing a motor vehicle under the Highway Traffic Act.

Police say the new vehicles were being moved to the Ford plant in Oakville from a storage lot in nearby Milton and the drivers were employees of a company hired by the automaker to shuttle vehicles.

I' ve got the complete doors from the one I parted. I called Scotti about a car and she told me none could be sold until the Auction.
