I'm a big fan of these. 70's were awsome. (All the best cars are out west.)

I can't lie, i'm a Mopar fan and would love this car. Saw a nice one at the Shell station around the corner yesterday. I wonder how rare that sport bench seat is?

Randy! Watch your lanuage!!!

Although, I guess since we're coming out of the closet, I will confess to being a big fan of the 67 GTX. Make mine red, 440 and a 4 speed (just never fell for the whole Hemi "thing"), Magunm 500 rims. If it was a GM, I'd likely own one.

Had a 69 Coronet when I was 18. Original paint Texas car with factory AC. I wanted to make a Super Bee clone out of it. I cleaned the frame rails with Windex.. Shoulda kept it....

image.jpgimage.jpgAs Todd knows I've usually got one Mopar in my driveway. Going back to my teens I had Valiants,Darts and lots of full size Plymouths. My early favorite was my 70 340 4 speed Duster in plumCrazy.
My biggest mistake was selling my 69 Charger R/T. It was an original 426 Hemi 4 speed in Chrysler Corporation Blue with white stripe and white interior. It was kinda rough when I got it,had a 440 in it and a few dents & rust.
I was flat broke that summer and got offered a$200 profit on it so I let it go. $1400.

i bought this one new in fall of 05. My brother has it now.

While my true MOPAR love is for just about anything built from 1957-61 if I had to pick one from the Musclecar Era it would be a 69 1/2 440-6 pack Superbee.

Next would be a 70 Bee

 LOL!biggrin

IT'S KIND OF FUNNY. I'M A MEMBER ON A TORINO SITE. THEY ALL HAVE A GENERAL DIS-TASTE FOR "CHEBBIES", BUT SEEM TO ALL HAVE A LIKING FOR PONTIACS. ALOT OF THEM OWN OR HAVE OWNED PONTIACS AT SOME POINT, AND THINK THEY ARE GREAT CARS.

.....yeah, my buddy had a mint 69 1/2 with the lift off hood,  440-6 , pale yellow ,  black rims  just like it came from new.   virtually gave it away not many years ago before the prices skyrocketed on those things.  Before it he had a 70 GTX  4spd dana 4.10 hemi car that he bought less engine and I put a 440 in it for him,  another car he gave away before the prices went up....ohhh if only could go back in time.

All you poor souls need therapy. Praise the word of the GM gospel and may all of you seek the professional help and wisdom of the GM bible. Now you all go to the corner of the room and bow your heads down in shame. A hundred our fathers (Pontiac) and a hundred hail Mary's (Chevrolet) should do it and do not forget to tip your GM priest well for performing the Mopar exorcist act on you all.
