Awesome car, a high school buddy had one of these as the family car, but only he and his sister drove so the car was at his disposal daily to drive to school etc...Can you imagine that we drove around in one of these beauties every day. Bar none this has to be the best riding car I have ever been in or drove.

I have to agree with you. I had opportunity to ride in these from time to time when I did started at the Pontiac dealer in 1980. We had a customer with a brown one, same colour interior as the one shown, a customer with a black 4 door as pictured with I think maroon/red guts and also a customer with a black 2 door. The door on the 2 door was monstrous. Those things were incredible to ride in down the highway, absolute total quiet and comfort.

My mom had a 76 Buick Le Sabre 2 dr hdtp.  She really wanted the Park Avenue, but just couldn't justify it.  Someone hit her and it was written off, so the insurance company bought her another one.  I was driving it (with my learners license) and someone ran a stop sign and hit me.   Mom figured the Buick's were bad luck, so she switched to a Grand Prix.

That thing looks proud, like it belongs at the head of the class back when GM was King! That trademark "bow wave" body line didn't always look good but the Big Cars carried them gracefully.

That is the sort of car my cousin used to show up at our house with when they were brand new. He was General Sales Manager at City Pontiac-Buick-Cadillac-GMC.
