Bubble tops are such a great design, GM was styling King back then ! You'd think this will get snatched up pretty quickly.

Looks like a realistic price. What a beautiful car.

Shouldn't be too hard to make it a 348 stick Pete, BUT don't buy it!

With the side chrome missing and a bit of a droop on the rear bumper(X frame cars usually means rust problems) plus all the other needs its priced accordingly. Funny how it has power brakes and no power steering. I remember a lot of GM cars from that time frame equipped like that.

Ray, when did Canadian Pontiac's stop having  the Chevrolet V-8 motor painted green instead or orange. This one is orange, so is this correct for 1960. If the bottom is not a rotten mess on this car, then it should sell quick but with today's uncertain market............... it is anybody's guess. Regardless, i hope she goes to a good home.

With respect to paint colour on engines my research shows that 1958 was the first year for Chevrolet orange V8 engines throughout the Pontiac lineup. I did get an argument from a POCI tech expert who claims 348's were green in 1958 but I have never uncovered one yet. The venerable 261 I6 was green throughout its production run ending with the last 1962 model . The 230 I6 that replaced it was orange as were all Canadian Pontiac engines up to the 1977 use of corporate engines which were blue.

Even if the frame is junk it's worthy of a southern frame swap. Anyone have any production numbers for this body style?

I would be more concerned with the entire sheet metal bottom than i would be with the frame. Big big bucks in redoing the under body.
