Hi, thanks for the welcome. I heard that the registry is closed so I entered my trim tag info in my welcome thread. If I should do it somewhere else please let me know. My car is a 69 Beaumont Custom, still wearing it's original colours. On the bill of sale it says Antique Gold w/white top, it has Parchment interior and is still all stock with the original engine and trans.

The registry was maintained by a member but one day a couple of years ago he decided not to do them anymore. If anyone want's to take it on they are welcome to. I have too much on my plate to take it on. Maybe when I retire in 20 years.

Not sure what the lawn ornament was, I looked at it a while back and I seem to remember it wasn't ford, more than that I can't say.

They don't call you hawkeye for nothing, that is indeed Cache Creek!

I totally understand about the registry, thanks Todd. And thanks for putting up this site!

Bob is that pic at the top of the hill before you head into Cache Creek? I think there was a craft store in the building a few years ago. We would always stop and buy fudge, my wife said it was the best fudge she ever had . I think there is a tow company in there now, last time buy he had a 66 Beaumont with no front end on it and a couple of old Dodges and maybe an 60's Cady or Linclon ( cant remember) in the yard.

That's the place. I think they may also be building hot rods there too. There was a real neat tan and brown 30's tow truck/hot rod there all fresh.

I was visiting my parents in Ashcroft and decided to stop there for a photo op with the car. You can see the back end is sitting a little low, I had the full size spare tire, a tote full of books and 4 corvette rally wheels with ring and metal caps in the trunk, as well as the back seat full of stuff too. That's my low rider look, La Bamba!

I'd like to have it sitting more like this one I found in the registry, really like the black top too.

"Tote full of books" shop manuals or going for your Bachelor's degree biggrin Ashcroft, beautifull part of B.C.  We always enjoy the drive in that area when we head up. Nice town with a Huge dump truck!!!
