Is the french version more rare?

Noticed this on ebay and was wondering if the french version would be a lower print count, also noticed that the caps on the cover pic have spinners confuse was this an option for the SD only? Never new you could get spinners on a 66 Canso, might have to change my cap option.

I believe that to be the standard cap on a 66 SD Jim.

I picked up a 1970 fullsize Pontiac one a few months back... It was in great condition...

The French version is "distinct" at least that's what they claim lol. The spinner cap was optional, its the same spinner cap as SD if I'm not mistaken. There's also a spinner wire cap that was available.
