Been awhile since I posted anything, though just picked up this '65 SS Impala last week. Needs typical rear window rust repair and some floor work this spring. Will drop a date correct 327 300HP small block in as well. It will give my '63 SS and '70 Impalas (custom and sport coupe) company.
Raj, that is a sweet collection of cars you got there. How did you find Canadian Poncho's, considering you have all Chevy's in your collection. What motor is in the 63? Welcome to C.P. and i hope you enjoy the ride. Cheers. George.

The '63 will get it's 409 back between it's fenders soon enough again. The pic is my buddy and me working on it back in 1994 when we were kids (oh to be 19 again) I first got it for $750.00, we thought we were Sox & Martin team with a Z-11 Chevy lol. The 340 HP 409 4 speed that ran pretty good with 4:56's before I grenaded like a stupid kid like me did. The '70 I owned since 1989 from high school, originally forest green with a white roof. I had it restored in 2005 to way I would have ordered it new. I have my work cut out on my with the '65 though should be fun. Got get some other projects out of my hair, a '67 Caprice coupe and '69 Caprice done and sold. The yellow '70 will get LS3 power next summer.
Actually when I first posted on CP a few years ago I owned a clean '70 Catalina coupe with a 400 that a lady who thought texting was more important than driving ended that one . I also had a '64 star chief, '66 Bonneville & '69 executive wagon a while back and a 1971 Grand Prix (I miss that one). I vow to get a '66 or '70 Cat again!
pics of my '66 and my '67 Satellite (yeah a MoPar I temporarily had and got stolen)
