? done a compression check on it?? try finding some Sea foam or Reislone & run it with that in the oil [if stuck] What are you running it on, for fuel, jerry can, plastic jug, or the cars tank, you may have crap in the fuel system & not stuck valves

Put some sea foam in the spark plug holes 1 at a time and turn over by hand so you don't have a chance of hydraulicing the engine.

Start her up rev her up and slowly pour some Reislone down the carb as shes running, keep the revs up or she will stall. Will smoke like a sob. Shut her down and let sit, also works on seized piston rings.

Been about 35 years since I did my 50 Dodge flat head so I had to phone the master (dad), also had to do it on one of my old 283's that had been sitting for about 12 years. Use Rislone engine treatment same stuff you normally mix with your oil Part # 34102. Just trickle in 1/3 -1/2 ltr while running and then let sit, like stated will smoke like a sob. Will break up gum and carbon, old trick I learnt from the master.nod.gif Good luck

when is the last time the valves have been adjusted?......the exhaust valves are notorious for tightening up due to wear (unleaded fuel)
....easy to do ...check on line
