I purchased a 61 Pontiac in Saskatchewan that did not come with a tod or anything besides a bill of sale. I live in Manitoba and want to get a tod. any help?

I bought a car years ago in Manitoba with no TOD. I went to my agent with the bill of sale and all the details about the car. That was 4PM. The next morning at 10 or so they called me to come for my TOD. All they did was a search on the vin to make sure there was no hanky panky (stolen or whatever) and issued me a new one for 15 bucks. I hope it still works that way. Does Saskatchewan not have ownership papers? If they do, I suspect you will have to get the previous owner to create ownership in SK first and then get that to you.
