unfortunatly the guy I bought it off of said he was gonna start a frame off resto so he pulled most the front clip and rear end out of the car without keeping track of any of the bolts and also decided it was a good idea to cut the brake lines and to not mark the wiring harness

does anyone on here no where to get the repair Manuel for my 69 I can't seem to find one to download

Are you trying just to put it back together so you can get it back on the road again ? Wish I did that.  I have a 69 shop manual that I can share info with you for what ever you need and I also live in Winnipeg. I am in the Transcona area what area are you in ?  To put the front end sheet metal back on you should get a front end sheet metal bolt kit instead of using those 46 year old rusted bolts. I got mine from Walker automotive about $80 but well worth it.  I can scan and post what ever you need from the book but it does not go into to much detail on bolt sizes.
