Also make sure to shut off pilot lights when not using fire places
you would be amazed how much gas they use

REALLY, not a good idea. The amount of gas used by the pilot light is usually negated the first time you go to relight it. You find it rusty, dirty, spider web/nests or all of the above. Service call...todays prices...minimum $100+. It would take a long time to burn $100 worth of propane with the pilot light....

My .02 cents....But I have a propane furnace, heater and 2 fireplaces so there may be some reasoning here

$2.10 per liter here in Coquital, BC! That is for cheap stuff.  I think a lot less driving and racing this year.

On iOS, too, and permits the user to specify premium, mid-grade, regular, diesel, etc. as well.  Another useful utility, for we Yanquis, with our ethanol obsession, is Pure Gas, which locates stations that offer ethanol-free fuel, especially helpful for older, preserved, cars, and for those whose vehicles sit for extended stretches.  The ethanol causes the gas to "gel" faster, than the pure petroleum distillates.

I topped off Yukon yesterday, had 1/2 tank!! Clicked off at $ 110 @ $1.58 /litre at Indian reserve on Scugog Island. News saying "get ready for $ 2.oo per Litre very soon and will stay!!! People being interviewed said they won't be going to Cottage or taking road trip holidays!! Also saw that Fed's have "HIDDEN" a upcoming tax buried in bill, that will increase taxes on p/up trucks & SUV's anywhere from $ 1000 to $ 4000 depending on towing capacity!!! People worried that this could be changed to "existing" vehicles as well??? Yuup, their trying to force the EV's on us!! But as stated on this release the question was asked " how do you tow a loaded trailer or pickup drywall in a Priyuis [ or any EV] and have a long drive to job site???? This is CRAZY

That pickup tax was fake news. There is a tax that Harper put in place in 2007 thats still there that may effect bigger vehicles like pickups. There are incentives to buy EVs.

GM just announced a buyback on certain Duramax HDs, maybe theyll replace them with the new Silverado EV? Or a Hummer EV? Silverado rates at 10,000 lbs towing with a 20,000 lb towing coming later. No talk of price, but since 4 door pickups are already a whacko price IMHO, people seem to buy these rigs whether they need them or not?

Just buy this used 2018 Denali, only asking $110,000.

Another hit overnight here in PEI with diesel and heating oil taking the biggest jump. Gas is now up 4.6 cents to $1.79. Heating oil jumped 15.7 cents to $1.87 and diesel took a whopping 17.2 cent jump to $2.31. I feel bad for those folks heating with oil. Hopefully it will drop before next winter.

No longer on oil, highest I remember was maybe 1.10-1.20. Over $1.00 was unusual. Our diesel went up to $2.30 today, a bit wacky jump.

Heat pump sales are going to go through the roof! Even wood out here is 300 a chord!! Still can't believe the RV and car sales with the inflation we;re having!!  People just don't care about debt??  1.90 for reg and 2.07 for diesel
