I Wonder How much this cost to eventually become roadworthy?

Hi guys I was idly looking at youtube the other day and ran across a couple of videos documenting the inspection of a 65 Parisienne convertible that looked as if it it was pretty nice from the outside.  Once the old mechanic guy takes a closer look it become apparent that this thing is pretty much a deathtrap.

The poor customer was probably pretty proud of his car. I'm not sure if he bought it that way or fixed it himself but probably the former as, if he had done the work he sure wouldn't have wanted to show it to anybody else.

I can just picture the guy that "restored" it and sold it, giggling to himself.

interesting...he missed the front brakeshoes in the wrong position(short lining
should be the lead shoe)...heat riser clocked in the wrong position...didn't see
him testing e-brake cables...drum thickness?...I wouldn't want to see the
estimate
