The older I get, the more I realize what I don't know!!
From memory, 60's G.M. cars used door panel clips something like these below.
Saturday we visited Corinne, WILD CHERRY, and she had the door panel off her 1968 Parisienne and
the clips were just little nails. I never noticed this nail style before, curious if the nail style is common??

My 66 GP had nails
My 1970's are just nails that go into plastic slots that are in the doors.
Right, I remember those but the 1968 Pontiac had rectangular shaped plastic inserts in the door the nails slipped into. For some reason I just don't remember them from the 60's. Thanks Randy
PS: They are actually visible in the picture: Feb. get together Edmonton C.P.er's??
