Hydramatic Speedo Gear

Having no luck here guys. P52 hydramatic dual range 4 speed auto transmission.

From the pictures below you can see the one that was removed and the damage to it. Found another one at fatsco transmission out of a 52. Looked promising until I did a more complete compare. Diameter of the gear is wrong. Both have 18 teeth marked on them and are the same color. the bullet is slightly different which doesn't seem to matter based on the threads in the housing.

So. Where would one look for a NOS part with the correct diameter size for this transmission?

Anyone out there with a detailed parts manual with part numbers for this piece?

Any other ideas?

I've got a Hydramatic that I got with a donor engine-not sure what year, but if it's got the gear you need you can have it.
Let me pull it out and see if it's a match and condition.

OK- The unit I have has a metal drive gear with part # 1315021-19. It has 19 teeth. I can't find it in my parts book.

My master parts book calls for a (Group 4:343) #3704230  (notes: Gear, speedo. drive- includes driven gear and shaft) for '51-'54 Models 20-22 with AT.

Suggest checking for local speedometer cable shop, take your old broken parts and they should be able to make up whatever you need (I will be paying a visit to mine in the future, since my old cable is shot and too short to reach new transmission).
