It really was unfortunate that immediately following the Woodward Dream Cruise in 2009, GM came apart at the seams. My 63 Acadian SD was included in the GM Century Cruise that Sat. in August 2009. My car represented 1963 as in the Century Cruise the GM Heritage center had selected one car to represent each year of GM's 100 year in business. Those of us in the cruise enjoyed a special separate cruise from the GM Renaissance Center in Downtown Detroit to Birminham, MI where we had reserved parking for the entire day, along with refreshments.
The Friday prior to this Century Cruise we were given a private tour of the GM Heritage Center and all the beautiful vehicles housed there. Prior to the tour we had a presentation in the Heritage Center and received a folder, which I have attached a copy.
This folder with the included CD has been in my possession for the last 7 years and now I would be willing to pass it on to another CP member. I don't think there is a stated value to this item, so I will ask $25 so that someone can afford to obtain the CD and enjoy the History of GM both in words and images. There are 333 pages on the CD and it plays as a power point presentation.
