Beautiful car. I drove a 70 2t2 350-300 turbo 350 12 bolt 2:73 until 1983 when the frame broke. My wife called the car the Pickel because it was a dark green colour and she felt it had the shape of a Bick,s pickel. That is the car she had the most fun with as I did not care about the body because I knew it was pretty rusty and the 350 300 was bullet proof. When the frame broke I kept the engine and parted the rest of it out with most parts sold at the Barrie flea market. The Pontiac was a great highway car and even more fun doing 360's in the winter in the malls parking lot on Sundays when they were closed. My son was 4 years old and he was always bugging me to take him and a friend to the mall and play with the Pickel.
The feature car is the nicest 70 2t2 I have ever seen. Love the originality and all the dealer items.
Congratulations Clint.
Al, i love that story. Thanks for sharing that.

Congrats Clint on Car of the month. Very nice car. And cool story and memorabilia to go with it.
I remember back in the early '80's in my home town there was a guy who had a '70 2+2 very similar to yours. He drove the crap out of that car. Burning Jay marks on the pavement. Not sure what happened to it after the tranny blew up.

A couple photo's with the dealer documentation I got with the car. The Protect-O-Plate is like brand new, as well as the warranty booklet and maintenance card.
Of course I am late, but I have to add my thoughts. You don't see many of the later Pontiacs and one that looks this good is a special treat. What a neat car, that would have to be a great ride. They will surely continue to get attention wherever they are. I really like the color options and the "disc" wheel options. Congrats on the feature.
