1959 Pontiac laurentian for sale in Winnipeg

Its at a dealers lot - apparently it comes from Pinawa ( a small town north of Winnipeg )

the dealership was closed when I stopped by to look at it but the dealers son was there doing some work in the shop - they took it in on trade - the asking price will depend on what it costs to safety it - the odometer reads 55,000

Ask them for a price without inspection, as is? Bet they didn't pay a cent for that on a trade. Solid looking car.

Looks like a nice car.  I'm guessing it has the 261?

I sat in the drivers seat - it still has pretty good support

Now THAT's a survivor....

Carb tag looks like Autoline....which is or was Winnipeg based....

I had a very similar 59 4dr.....for a winter beater...in 1975......don't remember if it was a Laurentian...or Strato Chief.....but was a 6cyl...3 on the tree....

The left rear quarter was just SMOKED.....(hit and run)....other than that....it wasn't a terrible car....gotta LOVE those dual ashtrays...58-62,I think

Greetings to all. I am the new owner. In BC now, grew up in Winnipeg and my first car, at 14, was a 4 door 261 standard 1959 Laurentian like this. Car will sit at parents place in the Manitoba Interlake 'til I decide how to get it to BC.

FYI, dealer, Westside Auto Sales in Winnipeg, was very nice to deal with.

 Good score....

I'm in your area.....LMK when you land it......I'd love to see it in person...

I've used Livingstons/Searail.....for cross Canada shipping before......found them to be reasonable and efficient......their terminal is on Annacis Island.
