Looks like the b bodies six ,283 and 327 got the 12 bolt with the F40 option in 67 According to that information.

Makes sense, I know they made 6 cylinder 12 bolts in 65 Pontiacs.

Amazing how everyone bought F40, nobody got F41.

For 1969 it reads:

Suspension, Special-Purpose Front and Rear
Available only when L36 is ordered, includes special springs, matching shock absorbers, special front and rear stabilizers (B02 or G66 must not be specified).

So, it required the 390hp motor, no G66 (superlift rear shocks) or B02 (Taxi Equipment). But no prohibition against skirts or disc brake requirement for 1969.

I have a documented Canadian Impala Sport Coupe 427  LS1 with the F41 option

I can not see Canadian Pontiacs being any different . Where they not built in the same plant along side Chevrolets?   

I'm curious if Pontiac's were excluded  for some reason

Hard to know, but that's what the factory order form says - L36 required for F41. No idea why it'd be different, same chassis.
