Nice car but, needs an engine. 267 had less guts than a Singer sewing machine.

Clearly the originality of that car would be its appeal for me and rarity as well. I don't know what sort of power a 267 has but I'd have to think in that small light car with a manual you'd easily get a speeding a ticket. Funny how we praise a 265 V8 in '55 and think a 267 is gutless in 1979. probably almost identical in power and torque.

Didn't the cam lobes go round on these engines? A nice 5.3 LS would work well in there.

Yes, great on fuel but a human can easily outrun one of them and that's when it had a full 8 cylinders before the cam went flat.

The 4 speed stick is the big selling point for that car.
Looks in pretty good shape and the rear frame rails would be the deal breaker, along with the price.
Those white faced guages in the dash look aftermarket.
