I wonder if that's one of those Factory applied textured spray on tops that look like vinyl tops- complete with simulated seam type lines? They were done in 1967. I personally like vinyl tops quite a bit on some cars. A 1969 Caprice for instance, looks better with a black top.
This 67 was owned by a little old lady years ago.I think she bought it new.She had an accident with it in the back end and sold it.Last time I saw it was a few years ago and it was needing to be redone again.
